At VahanPro, we aim to provide quality vehicle-related products and services including FASTag, GPS tracking devices, dash cameras, SIM-enabled vehicle cameras, AIS-140 VLTD devices, and related accessories. Please read our refund, return, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible unused products.

To be eligible for return or refund:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original condition

  • The product must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and invoice

  • The return request must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery

  • The product must pass our inspection and approval process

Products that are used, damaged, installed, activated, tampered with, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Products and Services

The following products and services may not be returnable or refundable:

  • Activated FASTags

  • SIM-enabled devices after activation

  • Installed GPS devices, dash cameras, or vehicle cameras

  • AIS-140 VLTD devices after activation, registration, or installation

  • Software subscriptions

  • App/platform subscription charges

  • GPS/SIM/app renewal charges

  • Custom-configured or vehicle-linked products

  • Products damaged due to wrong installation, misuse, tampering, or physical handling

Once a FASTag, SIM, GPS platform, or software service is activated, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

3. Warranty Policy

Product warranty covers manufacturing defects only, subject to the warranty terms of the product, brand, or supplier.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Fire damage

  • Electrical damage

  • Tampering or opening of the device

  • Wrong installation

  • Incorrect wiring

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Damage caused by accident or external impact

  • Damage due to unauthorised service or repair

Warranty approval is subject to product inspection and confirmation of manufacturing defect.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability, product type, order confirmation, and delivery location.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier service availability

  • Stock availability

  • Public holidays or courier delays

  • Product activation or documentation requirements

For certain products or services, our team may contact the customer through phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

5. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Product photos or videos, if required

  • Invoice copy

After receiving your request, our team will review the case and guide you through the return process.

The product must be returned safely in proper packaging. Any damage during return transit may affect refund approval.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our team.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved mode of refund.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment provider.

Shipping charges, installation charges, activation charges, platform charges, SIM charges, and service charges may not be refundable unless specifically approved by VahanPro.

7. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation may be accepted before the product is shipped, activated, installed, or processed for service.

Cancellation may not be possible if:

  • FASTag activation has started

  • SIM/device activation has started

  • GPS/app platform setup has been completed

  • Product has already been shipped

  • Product has been installed

  • Custom configuration has been completed

For cancellation requests, please contact our support team as early as possible.

8. Product Images and Description

Product images shown on the website are for reference purposes only. Actual product design, colour, packaging, branding, or accessories may vary slightly depending on availability, supplier, or product batch.

We try to keep product information accurate, but minor differences may occur.

9. Renewal Charges

Some GPS, SIM-enabled, dashcam, AIS-140, or app-based products may include a free platform, SIM, or app usage period.

After the free period, renewal charges may apply for:

  • GPS platform

  • SIM data

  • App access

  • Cloud storage

  • Tracking software

  • Device/server support

  • AIS-140 or related service renewals

Customers are advised to check renewal details before purchase.
